Music Ministries
Developing our Worship
Morning Worship Services
Sunday morning is our primary time to gather as a congregation and pour our hearts out in praise and worship to our great God. We strive to have a balanced service to meet the needs of all of our church people. We try to mix music styles that we feel honor God to draw people into worshipping Him with heart mind and soul and cover a range of musical preferences that our church people can appreciate and feel comfortable with when participating in those services. We have a time of worship in our Sunday evening service as well.
Adult Choir
The choir ministry has been developing for a number of years. We seek to sing regularly in our morning services and to produce seasonal productions like our Seasonal Special Programs that not only bring praise and honor to God but also give our people an opportunity to invite friends and family members to hear the Gospel presented as well. We regularly provide FREE tickets for these production events that you can register for by calling the church office. Children's Choirs
We provide opportunities for our children to become involved in choirs as well. Our Primary and Junior choirs practice at 5:00 PM on Sundays throughout the school year to occasionally sing in our services and to prepare for some of the seasonal events that our children are part of. The Primary choir is for children K - 2nd grade and the Junior choir is for children 3rd - 5th grade.
Other Music Ministries
We have individuals that participate in a number of ways as part of our music ministries. Some get involved as vocal soloists or instrumental soloists and accompanists. These individuals sing/play for our worship services and sometimes gather as small groups for special musical projects. We have been developing a team of individuals or praise team to regularly assist Pastor Mike in leading our worship services. We are developing a small women's group called "The Celebration Singers" and also a men's group called "We Are Redeemed". Both groups prepare pieces of music and sing occasionally.
